Using acrylic paint and a glass surface, students will explore creating prints in color. Inspired by abstract expressionist artists, such as Mark Rothko, the workshop emphasizes the creative journey and the joy of an unpredictable result.

Sarah Barzmehri studied fine arts at the renowned art school in Paris, France (École Supérieure des Beaux Arts de Paris), and Graphic Design at University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). She’s an accomplished artist, curator and educator. She has been teaching adults and children for more than a decade.
