NEW! Marketing Intern

WPG seeks a Marketing Intern to streamline and expand its marketing program, particularly in the Social Networking Field (Facebook, Twitter, etc). Applicants should currently be in Graduate or Undergraduate studies at a local college or university, preferably pursuing a degree in Marketing or Fine Arts. Currently the gallery has a platform based upon email marketing, Facebook, the blog DC imPRINT, and local calendar listings, and is looking to expand. The individual chosen for this position will have broad control over this project, allowing them to shape it as they see fit to what works best for the gallery.
Applicants can work primarily from home after an initial orientation in the gallery, which is metro accessible. Time commitment per week is flexible. Interested applicants, please familiarize yourself with the gallery through the website; then submit a resume and one page cover letter with a brief overview of how you would direct a primarily online marketing campaign for the gallery. Application materials can be submitted via email or regular post to the gallery.
